Contact support within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete. Include the order number, package photos, item photos, and a short description.
Eligible support cases
- The package arrived damaged or leaking.
- The wrong fragrance or sample size was delivered.
- An item shown on the order confirmation was missing.
Custom-prepared items
Travel-size perfumes are prepared to order and are final sale. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items remain eligible for support under the store policy and applicable UK consumer law.
