Shipping
Orders start in the Note Lova cart in GBP and continue to secure Shopify checkout. We deliver across the United Kingdom with Royal Mail; the available service and final cost are shown before payment.
Order handling
- Use the product page or cart button to choose the exact sample size.
- Continue to secure checkout with the selected product variants and quantities.
- Enter a complete shipping address and review the available shipping method before payment.
UK delivery
Orders may take up to 10 days to prepare. After dispatch, Royal Mail Standard usually takes 3–5 working days and Royal Mail Express usually takes 1–3 working days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Shipment issues
For delayed, lost, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments, contact support@notelova.co.uk with the order number and photos if the package or item was damaged.
